I'm planning on upgrading my system and was curious if you are still selling Dahua gear. If so, I'll like to work with you to get a new NVR and some 180 cams and a plate reader.

hey there, I'm having issues with the cameras i've put on the light pole. The wires are going dead. I'm planning on using ubiquity TouchCable Carrier wire.
Any thoughts on why the cables are going to crap? Maybe they are just cheap wire?
I just don't want to run the wires a third time...

It's in this great document on page 8. To me it's too much to understand. Not sure if you've seen this document yet, but it's awesome.
I'm still learning but now know what type of cameras to use, what are the best locations and know the basic install/setup piece. When it comes to trouble shooting and port forwarding that's when I start to show my limited knowledge of the IT aspects of things.

This is a camera a bought 3+ years ago (no clue the specific camera other than dahua). This was before I got on this forum and had a clue. @victor18 held my hand getting things set up and has been extremely helpful. Hat's off to him and this forum. The cameras have been good for a while but...
