I've been struggling with an issue where BI becomes extremely slow, when playing back clips, reviewing clips or simply just scrolling through clips... Just by viewing clips on mobile device or web will send CPU up to 99% usage, and the playback would stutter and is very sluggish I have 14...

i tried everything.... i don't understand why it requires so much CPU for playing back. it's almost 40-50% more CPU usage than normal when idling... this is reviewing clips / alerts remotely in a web browser

same here, very laggy playback sometimes. CPU 80% or higher. if playing + poking around the clips, it will go up 90%+ sometimes freeze BI and it would restart itself.

doesn't look like my PC is affected by this, as it mentions "SearchUI.exe" being the issue. when i'm playing on my phone and looking at task manager on the local PC, i can see CPU jumps to 90% for Blueiris, and GPU goes up to 70% ish

Yea all BI folders are now excluded. After V5 some folders were changed but now all excluded

i disabled Also BVR on all cameras. let's see if it makes any improvement in the next few days when i use it frame rate also matched to actual camera frame rate

VNC is not streamining to any other device, however VNC server always runs in the background. I tried playing back locally and on iOS, same thing, CPU skyrockets. the playing back is not too bad sometimes, unless i go 2x or 4x or faster. seeking through past alerts / videos is what make the CPU...
