Thanks. So you are mounting direct to soffit and not feeding that wiring through a waterproof junction box? I was hoping to mount that plate to an existing junction box, but it doesn't line up properly at all.

I now have the FCD600 in hand. It has an odd form factor, more rectangular in shape than I anticipated. At its widest, it’s about 5.5”. It clips up to a plate which is slightly narrower and has screw holes at about 2.25” apart. Picture attached below. Not sure the linked junction box will work...

Thanks. That's one that I keyed in on, but I wasn't sure. Most of the dimensions include the length of the waterproof connector, so I wasn't entirely sure. I'll need to double-check the dimensions on the FCD600 (arriving today). I picked a Hik version which may or may not be the equivalent.

Hi all. Is anyone using this doorbell cam with Synology Surveillance Station AND using Surveillance Station for the doorbell calls/intercom? It seems configurable for this, but by time I get DS Cam (the Synology iPhone app) open, the person at the door would probably be long gone. :) Thanks!

How does one get the latest firmware for their 410? I don’t think the app has ever shown an available update, unless it is doing it automatically without me knowing. I think my firmware number suggests 02-20-2021. Thanks.
