i do have alot of issues on this NVR , so i want to install new server which will manage all my cameras , and use the NVRs as storage units only . is that possible ?

can i use Dahua DHI-NVR608-128-4K NVR as storage ? can i turn it into ftp server or any way to store files on it from windows computer ?

its ok we they are getting rid of this model so its worth it to give firmware a try , i tried alot of website and cant find anything , even if i brick one of these its not big deal

yes its enabled , Onvif port was 12002 or 12001 cant remember , i can send screen shot tomorrow for opened ports. i did add Samsung Cams to the NVR over onvif without issues

im using Dahua NVR + Smartpss , i have over 150 Cams installed , but have zoom issues with this model only

I have qihan nw457so-p , Camera specs says it support ONVIF , but i cant add it to Dahua NVR , is there a special settings or ports i have to adjust to have it work on my NVR ?
