    I've power cycled the camera several times. And yes, the i/o error is only in BI. I can access the camera via its LAN IP address from all my computers in a browser.

    My BI has been running well for nearly a year until recently. One of my five cameras no longer shows up. If I look at the video/configuration and click on the hyperlink, I can view the camera in my browser. But it says i/o error 0 where the image should be. Any suggestions?

    I emailed their support at support@blueirissoftware.com. It came back as undeliverable.

    I've verified that the info is all correct. As stated, if I click on the ip address link in the config tab, my browser opens with the working camera.

    I've added a Foscam and another brand to BI but am having problems with a couple iSmart C1006DC2 cams. I've used their app to get the ip address and port numbers. Added that to BI but it can't connect. The message is No Signal and I/O error: 0. I can connect thru my browser and in the cam...
