OK, I have reverted back to firmware V1.4.61 Build 170731. This firmware has been the most stable with my network so far. Also I have found that I need to use iVMS-4200 to change the video output from PAL to NTSC or Blue Iris wont pick it up.

I have the 180809 version from the Hikvision EU downloads page, but I was unable to get my device to take it. What process did you use to update the firmware?

I believe that the 6403 is a different model, but there is a 180515 for the 6003. I couldn't get any version after that to install on my Uniden model.

I can't see it with ONVIF device manager, but hikvision makes 2 Win apps that are useful. Look for SADPTool and iVMS-4200. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was able to downgrade the firmware to 170731 using the iVMS-4200 program and the device has been working great all day. I wasn't able to get the doorbell to take 180809 which is the latest firmware I've found.

i have one dated 8-8-18 (180809) that is the most recent I believe. Is there a way to downgrade?

I have the Uniden version of this doorbell and I can't keep the thing on the same ip address even though I have it bound by the Mac address at my router. After about 45 minutes or so, it loses it's ip address and then has to be reset. I currently have the latest Uniden firmware (1.4.62 180515)...
