\ camera is plugged into poe injector with cat5 and then into netgear wifi with cat5 pc with windows 10 router netgear hikvision ds-2cd2032f-I

i opened it on blue iris and it said no signal even though it shows up in sadp

i just tried it firefox and it said no plug-in detected

i have a 3 hikvision ds-2cd2032f cameras and just moved and am trying to get them all reset and add a nvr. i reset one camera and have gone through the set up and video doesnt show up in the window it just says download plug-in. i have downloaded and installed it 3 times on more then one...
