    I went back and tested a 5442 on the same run -- same issue. After scratching my head for a bit, I decided to try moving the run back with 40' less cable. Voila! Fully functional camera now. Thanks for the replies!

    That seems to have done the trick! I unchecked the limit option and set the quality to 100 as a test: I don't see the jaggies or time jump every ~20 seconds now. Thanks for the tip!

    Just hooked a monitor up and I do NOT see the issue when viewing this camera in the console. I still see the issue in the iOS app.
