I ended up getting the "New Firmware for IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000013.0.R.191202.zip " to work and then flashed them to "DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000016.0.R.200605" and so far so good.

Same here, decided to finally take a peek and immediately pulled up a chair and opened up a beer. Sure is sane and comfy in here.

That's great news. Was that "N84CB34" model accurate for them? When I pulled up the info from my LNB8921B cameras they came back as "PC-HFW4830EP-S" which led me to these still trying to figure out which firmware is the proper one to use. This is the full info that came back for them

The closest thing I could find is IPC-HFW4830E-S which is model number "IPC-HFW4830E-S" it doesn't have the "P" at the end of the model number like the camera returned. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not?

I really hope this hasn't been covered already but I'm sure it has. I've spent the last couple of hours reading here trying to figure out how to flash Dahua OEM firmware to some Lorex bullet cams and the best I can understand is the first step is figuring out what the Dahua OEM part number is...
