Thanks for the quick reply.. I guess I was unaware that it self adjusted to whatever the camera is sending it. Odd thing is though, the cameras are set to 15fps.. Maybe the fps are fluctuating above that to cause blue iris to adjust to a different rate?

When I select the max fps rate for a particular camera to say, 15fps. I'll log back in, usually a day or two later and the max rate changes back to a different value, usually 19 or 21 fps. I haven't detected a pattern of when it changes, it seems pretty random. What could be causing this to...

Sounds to me your probably being double nat'd. Basically your modem is acting as a router and your adding a second router behind it (the google router) You'll need to have AT&T put your modem in "bridge mode" to eliminate the double nat, then you should be able to access your cameras I bet.

Odd, because this is all I've been getting the last few days. Both from home and my office.

I just recently purchased a blue iris licence and need to get the latest update, however...the blue Iris's website has been down for awhile now. Can anyone provide a link to the latest version? Thanks
