Yes, you have more icons next to the doorbell than my batch config too. Not sure if you are on a mac as well - if not, it may be platform features related. Anyway, not an issue - the IVMS UI works just fine. Interestingly, for some oddball reason the bell isn't sounding as loud as it did on day...

Yes, though you posted a screenshot of IVMS, not Batch configuration tool. In the Batch Config app (screenshot I posted), there is no remote config option. Note that I am on a mac - don't know if another OS has a different version of the same tool.

Interestingly, in my view, there is no "settings gear" after checking/refresh. It's possible I'm missing something. I am able to configure it via IVMS-4200, so it's not a biggie. See attached BC screenshot after checking/refresh. The only two gears are at the bottom, which are related to...

I am using the EZViz App and I also use the EZViz Studio app - neither seem to have that option. Would it be possible for you to check how?

I wish the DB1 had a way of reducing the bell volume. There is only a way to either disable the sound or enable it. If I disable it, the UPS folks keep pressing it wondering if it works :cool:
