Yes, though you posted a screenshot of IVMS, not Batch configuration tool. In the Batch Config app (screenshot I posted), there is no remote config option. Note that I am on a mac - don't know if another OS has a different version of the same tool.

I am using the EZViz App and I also use the EZViz Studio app - neither seem to have that option. Would it be possible for you to check how?

I wish the DB1 had a way of reducing the bell volume. There is only a way to either disable the sound or enable it. If I disable it, the UPS folks keep pressing it wondering if it works :cool:

No, the chime wires were nutted together at the chime end, not transformer end. Unless we did that, sufficient power was not provided to the door bell to operator. So I had to either connect the wires of each chime to "F" and "T" respectively (operational chime) or connect the two wires together...

Interestingly I never had this issue with the DBell door bell. It only started happening with this EZVIZ. I've already spent upwards of $300 with electricians on this. Yeesh!

Ah heck. Now transformer blown. No power. How does a doorbell blow out a 24V 30VA transformer? It came on for all of 5 mins and then out.
