Here is few screenshot of what I have in my version of smartPSS, where I think I should find this parameter.....but actually not. And here, if I access the camera through Internet Explorer I find it (Pack Duration). But it does not affect in any way how the PC NVR record the video.

It seems we have a different version of the software to control the camera. I do not have the possibility to change the movie length duration in the same setting area in my smartPSS version. If I go directly on the camera, there is the possibility to change the length of the video. But it seems...

I see...But how to access to the NVR directly. I am using the PC-NVR which installed same time as smartPSS and there no interface to access it. Unless you know if I can install another NVR which has a user interface?

Hey thank you for this information. But I am using a NVR (and not a DVR, unless it was a mispelling) through the smartPSS (DahuaWiki) software. I don't know if this is a bug in the actual version of the sofware but I don't find any duration to set in the parameters of the storage.
