I actually check the use another ip/port but specify the same port used for video.

My V2 works fine with POE. My V1 broke in about 4 weeks.

On my V2 I have to use Hikvision/Abus/Swann and under Options check Reverse up/down. Presets will then work. On my V1 it is OXML.

My longest run is 50ft and I only use Cat 6 so hopefully I will be good to go for all scenarios.

In use for approximately one month. Tried another Cat 6 cable and no go. Works fine with external power brick. Also tried different port on switch. It just sucks!

POE failed on mine today (V1). Camera had been restarting by itself on occasion for the past week or so and it totally bit the dust today. Disappointed and will be contacting Huisun when their vacation is over.

Speaking for the USA only, you will indeed get a tracking number using the epacket service. They are tied in with the USPS and you can type the tracking number directly into the USPS site. At least that is what has happened for me... 3 times. Sign up for email notifications and they will send...
