    So, after awhile with OVPN off the browsers lost their ability to connect to the BI ip address again. LOL. I cycled OVPN on and then off and they are connecting again. But for how long? How bizarre.

    OK, I think I have the answer... I am running Open VPN so I don't need to open a port on my router for BI remote access and I generally leave that connected as I come and go. I am home now and turned that off and I can now connect to UI3 at the local ip on both browsers. Not sure I understand...

    Now UI3 is unreachable on both browsers again. LOL. I went into the settings as above but when I get to step 3 I don't see anything to change that would fix this issue.

    I also took your suggestion to create a couple of profiles, one each to turn off alerts for each exterior cam when I need to be out there working... or if they start firing off excessive alerts. Easy peasy. The other thing I learnt in this exercise is that remote desktop is good at home, too...
