I had many "Events: Request 8000ffff" at 3am also, on many cameras, but all have onvif authenticator: OFF (but I do have "get Onvif trigger events" checked ON as I do use the camera's IVS). Recordings were not impacted.

Along those lines, if you use that IE.vbs to open IE, which works great, is there a way to save a shortcut of that cam that still points to IE? I usually have shortcuts for all my cams in a folder (pointing to Chrome now) , but when I drag the address bar from IE to the desktop or a folder...

If you are asking whether 15fps is hobbling any camera functions like motion or alerts, then no. I think 15fps is what most of us use, what is recommended here, and enough for the intended use. All my cams are15 fps... both main and sub.
