I am getting a Demo Version on one of my BI PC's and it is still in licence. I have emailed support over 24hrs ago, but no reply. Is everything ok with BI team do we know?

I have often though that a "Restore Defaults" per individual BI tab would be useful. Still not sure I will have all the Web Server settings correct, but it is working so I am happy now.

As I dig around today in a the cameras individual settings, whilst UI3 was open in another tab, it was clear UI3 is receiving the image from the camera's sub stream. Problem seems to be max sub stream resolution is D1 704*576. So as you hint to @bp2008, it seems the main stream isn't loading but...

Found volume setting, bottom left of any camera viewed, but difficult to see as when off, it matched my image background by coincidence. Yep, did that, but it points to IPCamTalk BI section or help was related to the Desktop Server and not the Web Interface where my problem was.

So, I followed the optimisation ages ago and CPU usage is great. Recorded videos and clips are also great quality. But during live view on the "Web servive" viewing from my laptop, the image quality is garbage "even when viewing a solo camera" And I have tested all image quailities but none...

I don't know why, but I just cannot seem to see the volume setting on web interface, so live viewing is silent, please could someone point me to the volume button as I am being extremely thick tonight!

IKEv2 Config is always showing as "not authenticated" and so I cannot export any setting to my phone. Not that I had to last time as I remember, but I keep reading about it. So I am on the 3rd full Asus AI Meshfull reset so as to get factory defaults in place, but I am still at a major loss...
