Sound on BI Web Interface

I don't know why, but I just cannot seem to see the volume setting on web interface, so live viewing is silent, please could someone point me to the volume button as I am being extremely thick tonight!

At upper right. Found in BI's built-in "Help" under...yep, "User Interface."
"Help" is found at "?" at upper left.

Thanks @TonyR , but it is the Web Interface (is it called UI13) I am not getting sound on when viewing from my laptop. I did find the help section, but still couldn't find audio says to ask on IPCamTalk as shown HERE

Found volume setting, bottom left of any camera viewed, but difficult to see as when off, it matched my image background by coincidence.

Yep, did that, but it points to IPCamTalk BI section or help was related to the Desktop Server and not the Web Interface where my problem was.
