Yup it looks like they are on different subnets Blue iris’s third octet is different to my cameras. What do I do to change this?

Sorry have I missed something? The connections between the router and the switch are fine. As for the different subnet how do sort that out? I have powered everything off and on to. I was thinking I maybe need to assign all new IP addresses to the cameras to suit the new adress from the router...

Have checked all connections. It’s strange they have just completely vanished. The previous ISP was on a 4g network so I have tried to reconnect everything back to how it was and still nothing .

Hi guys, having troubles with my PTZ dropping out of signal every half hour. The camera is plugged into a Poe switch supplied from Andy by itself only and still drops out. The POE switch is a 150w so should comfortably Service the PTZ power needs. Camera is the SD49225t-hm

I have opened the cam up and nothing appears to be sticking out that would be preventing the zoom from working.

The run is lest then 15meters and I have tested it with another cam and the zoom works fine. So I think I can eliminate the cable as being a issue. I also have plugged the cam at fault into the POE switch with a lead that is only 1 meter long and still no zoom function.

Hi all, Recently purchased 3 of the HDW-5231R-Z cams. Two of them are working great but one seems to have a problem with the mechanical zoom not working. I have downloaded the latest firmware, I have done a factory reset, I have tested the cable and that’s fine. Just can’t seem to get the zoom...

So basically got two options ? change ISP or request a routeable external IP?

Apparently I have already had that ticked. I can remotely access in my server but not once I leave it. I though this was because of the no static IP problem. In my wizard I get all the way to remote access test and it fails. I set up a port on my router also. Canyousee.org jst says I can not see...

Where are these files you speak of lol? Would love to find them? I cannot find this option in the remote access wizard either?
