Ok, thanks for the help. So, how should i access the server without team view ? There's a client for Blue Iris ? The Web interface doesn't show nothing of cpu or anything. Just the cameras.

Running windows 10 pro. there are no antivirus instaled. Unless the firewall and Windows Defender. I'm disabling windows defender and firewall right now.

I'm using the hardware aceleration on the general options on cameras section(see the image that a send in the first post). But in each camera in the video section the option: H.264 HW DECODER it is Default. Is that right ? Or should a change to yes(no vpp) ?
