One of the shared users of our IMOU Cue 2 cameras says that he cannot see the video history on the IMOU phone app. The user said the "View history log" does not work on the phone application. Can you please tell me the permissions that I need to set for the shared user to view video history without selecting "All" ? I have tried the following selections (1) View video (2) View video & View local video (3) View video & Video control; and (4) View video, Video control, & View local video ..................None of these have worked. Thanks for any advice.
