Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

A year ago Nelly's sent me this one: DZ20180521_111_28_H2_EN_STD_V1.4.62_180809.zip (attached). You can always contact Nelly's, they're very responsive.

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

I've had issues with SD card brands in two different dash cams. Same cards were always fine in my PC but caused reboots, etc, in my cams. I've consistently found that Samsung cards work all the time and now only use Samsung cards in my dash cams and my IP cams that take SD cards including the...

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

I think you may want to check out this discussion page to see what others have done: Hikvision NVR DS-7104/08-SN/N/P, DS-7804/08N-SN firmware

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

That's a pretty old model that I'm not familiar with. Hopefully you won't get the language mismatch error when adding HV cameras. Be careful updating its firmware (or just don't) as you may end up with a Chinese only speaking NVR.

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

Yes, on my HV NVR I can setup for 24/7, motion, etc., on a per camera basis. You can control most of the camera's important features through the NVR, like motion sensitivity, area of interest, schedule, etc. The NVR manual is available here...

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

The doorbell is made by Hikvision and supports the Hikvision protocol. I'm using the Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2 NVR and it records only on motion.

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

I ordered the wedge for the doorbell from Nelly's, it helps a bit with the view. Still wish I could disable IR. One issue, to install the wedge I had to disconnect the power to the doorbell. When it rebooted it connected to my WiFi and I could see it on my HV NVR. However, the Guarding...

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

Well I went ahead and tried the FW on the HV Europe site, "upgrading" from V.1.4.62 Build 171218 to V.1.4.62 Build 180515. By mistake I loaded the 6403 FW first. It worked but then I load the 6003 FW as I think that's what the Nelly NSC-DB1 really is. I'm not sure what the differences are...

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

Yes, it still announces the subscriber not available message. And sadly we're still unable to turn off the IR. I'm worried HV has abandoned this product.

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

Quick update. I removed my doorbell from my NVR and the GV app is now notifying me. I re-added the doorbell to my hikvision NVR and the notifications continue to work on GV. Go figure. Thanks @RyanODan for the help.

    NEW 1080P Wifi Video Doorbell!

I'm having the same issue. Using Hik-Connect I can get notifications but after a day or two the doorbell goes "offline" yet my HV NVR and the doorbell's web interface all work fine, the camera is working and sending video. So I switched to Guarding Vision but it doesn't notify me of doorbell...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

I watched this Ring video, Using the Diode Included with Your Ring Video Doorbell , and it does say to install the diode for digital chimes, at least on that model which is the non-Pro model. I'm thinking the diode isn't need (and shouldn't be used) for their Pro model?

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

I'm not really familiar with the Ring product but I believe the Ring IS compatible with digital chimes, meaning that Ring most likely incorporates the diode internally, half wave rectifying the power to the digital chime to keep it happy (just as the external diode would in a mechanical chime...
