How about HDMI-over-IP? One send box with multiple receivers making use of your LAN network. It does not requiere dedicated ethernet cables as the HDMI-over-UTP does.

According to the specs of your NVR it only support H264(+). So Marku2 is right. You might also need to lower other camera settings on your cameras as your NVR has a limit of 40 Mbps on the (incoming) LAN interface.

Does it make much noise when it rotates or zooms? I'm looking into this camera, if I'd buy one I would place it under an eve close to a bedroom window. If you can hear it move clearly than it would be a no go.
