Youı dont need to convert or transcode the file. Just use handbrake or xmediarecode and select stream only copy. it ill take only 1 second . the created file will be easy played by all players.

on pc you need to select recording device to mic.and on camera interface change the sound code to g711ulaw.

it could be codec problem.if you are choosing mp2l2 codec it will have problem with 2 way audio.
