Just unplugged all current cams and turned off power on nvr and just plugged the rouge cam in and still won’t connect to ports 9-16 but will work in 1-8 !! Appreciate all efforts but think it’s better to just accept this weirdness and get on with my life -

I will unplug them all sometime today , the camera is no more power hungry than what I am unplugging to replace it with and as said earlier the original camera I am unplugging to allow this one on is powering up no problem on the 2nd bank of ports and the other observation is that power is being... -

Yes tried factory reset while in that port and doesn’t pop up on registration page….and yes other unplugged cams pop up and get assigned to the relevant port when I move them!! This is so weird -

Ok, not sure I made it clear enough so apologies… the rewired camera will work perfect on ports 1-8 but not on 9-16 but any current camera I take out of ports 1-8 will work ok in 9-16!!! -

Yes spent all morning getting ivs trip wires and intrusion to work!! It’s adding as intelligent on the time line on recording, I rebooted nvr also this morning and can’t think what else it could be …. Frustrating -

I know there have been issues surrounding the email notifications but is there a genuine good fix to this ? Ie is there a 100% email supplier that works without issue? -

Yes mate it’s still checked on …like I said I hadn’t turned anything off but hadn’t noticed it had stopped sending emails!! Would the test email getting through to me mean that in theory the email is working and not being stopped? -

Thanks wittaj I am using btinternet as my email as previous gmail stopped !! Is it possible that the test would get through but the nvr alert with snapshot could be prevented? -

Hi guys, up until recently I had one of my cameras sending an email with snapshot work ok. Didn’t realise but it has now stopped being sent !! Do not remember stopping them and have as far as I can see not unchecked anything!!! For example have ivs set up, it’s adding it in the search function... -

Good evening everyone just an update!! Checked nvr and remote host wasn’t enabled so obviously did so and now the blue e icon is blue!!! Clicked one of my cams and a new window opened and is asking me to accept P2P !! Should I do so or not ? Many thanks will try and go through the forum to find...
