Camera Controller Joystick for Dahua PTZ cameras
I only access my Dahua PTZ camera via SmartPSS on my macbook and windows PC. The PTZ controls are pretty lame with a mouse so I thought I could use a joystick controller to better follow movement etc. Can anyone recommend the perfect controller setup for this? I access my dahua and axis... -

Where to find the discontinued: SD8A820WA-HNF with 4/3" sensor
I recently found that this camera from Dahua with a 4/3" sensor exists. Unfortunately it was discontinued due to a chip shortage. Anyone know where I can find one from remaining, unsold stock? If there's an equivalent PTZ with a 4/3" sensor, I'd be happy to get that too. Thanks -

If you had unlimited budget for Axis cameras...
It looks like I can order them from alibaba. I may need to buy 2+ however (minimum order size). I also did some further research and their user manual indicates RTMP is available. -

Has anyone tested out or seen videos of the dahua SD8A820WA-HNF ? I didn't realize Dahua even had this (not showing up on their international site), otherwise I would have bought it for a couple projects. I'm assumming that they support RTMP? That protocol isn't listed in the specs. -

Hi Steve, The other issue I have is with another model I use. DT8C842-8P-FA-APV-0280 I have a few of these cameras and everyone of them shows a red tint on the left side of the image when I have a low shutter speed on at night. I have a few axis cameras too, and I agree that they are good... -

Apparently for about a year now, YouTube accepts H.265 for livestreams. Has anyone been able to get their Dahua camera to successfully stream to youtube using h.265 compression? -

Thanks. I was able to get the wiper to work when logging into the camera and pressing the wiper icon. When I try to do it with smart PSS, I don't know what to add for Aux order. Do you know what I put in there? I tried 0 and 1 : -

SD8C845FG-HNF showing pink spot when zoomed in all the way
I have two of these cameras SD8C845FG-HNF and I've noticed in both cameras a pink spot appears when zoomed in all the way. One of the cameras has a more noticable spot than the other. See photo. It doesn't matter which angle I'm pointing the camera. Any idea what this is? Thanks -
