Unfortunately it's not stuck as I already removed the filter for inspection. Also put the whole camerasensor to one of my other cams and then seemed to work fine? Checked bandcables and switched poe pcb just to be sure.

You have to take out camera module. Should be somewhere on the Side of the camera module

I set portforwarding for: 80/443/ 554/and 8000. Sd option was difficult to setup. It seems You don't have clear options to choose to save to sd or other way. 1 time it works, others it don't. I set it for continues record and so far it works for me.

I use ddns succesfully with this camera for remote login but I setup ddns in router and not in camera.

I am curious which piece of hardware contains the firmware which holds the web interface/autotracking features. Would it be the cam module itself or somewhere inside the dome? Would be great if you could swap the web interface for tru hikvision soft.
