    Five cameras for monitoring

I finally got around to installing another Color 4K-T180 camera. This time to monitor the street behind my house. I love how five of the cameras can follow someone around the property, and the PTZ is set up to capture license plates.

    IPC-Color4M-T vs IPC-T54IR-ZE White

    Nope, only IVS turned on.

    IPC-Color4M-T vs IPC-T54IR-ZE White

Yes, it is scene dependent and not IVS. Smart Illumination needs to be "on."

    IPC-Color4M-T vs IPC-T54IR-ZE White

Actually, the Color4M-T that I have on the front door is 3.6mm. It allows me just enough of the walkway and identification at the door to work well. I had previously tried a 2.8mm, 6mm, and variable 2.7-12mm. A 2.8mm looks like it will work well for your placement. Have you considered rotating...

    IPC-Color4M-T vs IPC-T54IR-ZE White

Yep, and don't overlook the great built-in speaker. It's fun to setup greetings for visitors and especially nice for Halloween.

    IPC-Color4M-T vs IPC-T54IR-ZE White

I've replaced my T54IR cameras with Color4M-T cameras. Much better IR at night (nicer spread and coverage without the hotspot like the T54IR) and for monitoring the front door, I love how the warm light turns on when it detects motion.

    Bullet Camera recommendation for driveway

As mentioned above, the IPC-B54IR-Z4E S3 is a great choice. Here is an example of my driveway in complete darkness. The end of the asphalt is 77' away, and the IR of the Z4E works exceptionally well (zoom of the camera for this video at 387). I had previously tried the IPC-B52IR-Z12E S2 and...

    IPC-Color4M-TL

In my backyard I have a camera mounted high at the top of the house and looking downward. As with your photo, it is in complete darkness and with a T54IR-ZE-S3 the IR illuminated a bright spot in the center. I won a Color 4M-T in Andy's lottery and replaced the T541R with the Color 4M-T. The IR...

    EmpireTech 10th Anniversary (Summer+Prime Day)Sales

Ok, I've got to officially retire from the lottery after winning one of the Super Prizes this time. I've now won the Super Prize, 7th before that, 4th before that, and 5th before that! That's way too lucky, so I need to be especially careful crossing the street. Thanks Andy for the great lottery!

    IPC-Color4K-T and IPC-Color4K-T180 230227 Firmware

Here is a clip from a few moments ago. Ever since I switched to IVS on the NVR, it has worked much better at detection.
