Hello, I have a VTO2202F-P-S2 with last firmware V4.511 connected with POE All is working except one thing... When someone ring at the bell, i get a notification on my Iphone but no ringtone. If i open the notification i get a ringtone all and i can answer / unlock no probleme On my android...

Same problem here, Ds-2CD2132F-IS firmware 5.4.5 I have add a ping every 5 minute but no success, lot of network disconnection... Any news ? No 5.5.0 for this model..

You have use downgrade firmware 5.2.5 En (on other thread) with tftp ?
