Captured on a system we recently installed at a childcare centre. The owner of the car had gone inside with her daughter to collect the child in care. She was inside for about 2 minutes. Captured on a mix of Dahua 6 and 8mp domes.

We relocated the camera to the edge of the eaves, clear of all possible obstruction. I'm still not happy with the picture but the client is....

Here is our mounting location: (I'm thinking we're too close to the ceiling AND the guttering that overhangs by about 50mm) We're relocating it right to the edge so the lens and IR are well below the overhanging guttering. I'll post the result tomorrow. Here's hoping its all clear!

Greatly appreciated. There was a PDF in that thread from Hikvision that cleared things up, pardon the pun. We may have mounted a bit too close to the guttering above. (approx. 6 inches from the guttering) Q; Would 6 inches clearance from a wall or ceiling be sufficient? We will also check...
