I was able to see my cams, but the controls on my ptz cameras are not operative. I can’t move my ptz’s at all. Has anyone been able to successfully install and operat their Ptz’s successfully?

I have the DVR that goes with the camera. I was hoping that I could view the cam on the monitor that goes to my NVR. I have very little room on my desk area. But, Thanks!

Ok I’ve included a photo of the screen. As you can see I deleted a camera above in the search box. If I add it it stays red.
