I can not follow the instructions until I get to work, NVR worked for 1 year, nothing changed, problems started after suddenly shut down electrical energy In the whole office. No longer works. yes Every camera is connected directly to the NVR and works with the poe.

hello from georgia, I'm new here and I have some questions, fist sorry my bad english we have hikvision nvr ds-7716ni-e4/16p with 16 poe hik cameras, Several days ago the problems started, Some cameras broke down, 10 worked at 6 no, or 8 worked at 8 no, can somewone help me?
