Blue Iris and HooToo HT-IP009HDP

Hi All
i have a HooToo HT-IP009HDP camera and having trouble getting it to work correctly, i am able to get the video on Blue Iris capture the video using the HooToo HT-IP210HD MJPEG option in Blue Iris , but the PTZ controls will not work, PTZ controls work through browser.

Thanks Fenderman for the info on the sticky , yes i agree MPEG vs H.264 is world of difference, but until i find some better settings and even more so the PTZ control im stuck with MPEG, was hoping someone had this device and resolved either or both issues im trying to resolve

at the time i replied earlier i had not reached home to do a scan with ipcam viewer, i have completed that scan and it found a total of 8 possibilities and the second the "Allnet AAL2212" is compatible using RSTP and the PTZ also works
