DS-2cd2132F-IS quality question

Hi!

i have bought 3pcs of DS-2cd2132F-IS 4mm lens, and one pcs with 2.8mm lens, i noticed yesterday that i suffer from extreme lightbleed in the 2.8mm version, i almost cant see anything in the dark, its just white everywhere, another thing i have noticed is that the 2.8mm camera has a aluminium body inside where the lens is attached, the other 4mm cameras is just plastic, and also the ir leds are smaller on the 4mm and larger on the 2.8mm version.

i have bought the cameras from different sellers on aliexpress, could it be clones on the hikvision? or why is the quality different?

i have noo lightbleed at all on the 4mm lenses.

another question i have is that, is it possible to change just the lens on these cameras?
i have bought a 2.8mm lens and i was planning to replace one of my 4mm lenses, but it seems hard to change just the lens.

and my last question, i read that the light bleed comes from that the gasket around the lens isnt tight against the outerglass, is it possible to ad an o-ring(black rubber ring) on the gasket to make it tighter and prevent the ir from reach the lens?

it has nothing to do with the lens size..

thank you for the answer, no i just want to change the lens size on one camera, i know that the lens size isnt the problem.

any other sugestion on my other questions?

You can remove the lens and replace it.

Ok, so how do i replace the lens, it seems like Its impossible to unscrew the lens.

You need to loosen the glue that holds it...apply some heat or try removing the glue with a razor blade...
