Great video. I wonder if that was a gun that was tossed out at 1:08 before the first one bailed?
How I wish that the police in my city could do something like this. Juveniles stealing cars for random auto break-ins is an epidemic. There are very nice high-end condos and apartment buildings in the midtown area that have multiple vehicles in their parking garages burglarized every weekend, with the windows smashed in. The residents fume, the landlords do nothing, and the police show up the next day to hand you a report for your insurance company.
But the worst part of this story ... by now those three juveniles the deputies caught are probably back on the streets again.

Well you just need to get your city council to enact MORE laws, that'll show the miscreants. /snark.
