I lived in N. CA from 1974 to 2004, almost 30 years. I recall in 1988 when SF started passing out needles to intravenous drug addicts "to prevent the spread of disease."
That was 35 years ago.
How'd that work out for ya, SF? How are things there now?

I call BS on the word "now". It was obvious before last election he had mental fitness issues. And when he has his "good moments" I'm convinced he's been juiced up with something. It's coming folks...the big last minute switcharoo with Michelle Obama.
