Acusense (Hickvision) is not working

Hello, I recently purchased Hikvision cameras with an NVR that supports Acusense 2.0, specifically because it claims to send notifications only when detecting humans and vehicles. However, at night, I keep receiving notifications triggered by flies.

Interestingly, we previously had other, less expensive camera systems from Amazon with lesser-known brands, and they didn’t send any false notifications.
Is this normal behavior for Acusense 2.0, or could there be an issue with the system?
I purchased it from a seemingly reputable seller on eBay: usacompua-corp.

As @wittaj said. You probably misconfigured. There are calibration parameters to be used (MIN/MAX value). Where you tell what size can enter the detection algorithm.
Also, the detection range for 2.0 is somewhat 20m, everything above that increases false alarms
 
Yea this isnt hikvision. May have Hikvision logo but not directly from them. Probably got some OEM rando one. Goodluck dont buy from ebay

If You read specification of cameras (on bottom linked page or Hik-vision website) - those cameras ARE NOT AcuSense..
those are very cheap 1xxx series pseudo ColorVu Lite (with small image sensor)..
they don't have any AI, only simple old motion detections (which works for everything with flies)..

Acusense is only on NVR - which can (in some capability) do AI Motion Detection 2.0 on video stream from cameras...
Disable Motion detection on cameras.. enable it on NVR (selecting AI by device / by NVR)..
Only NVR have capability to analyze video to search & filter humans and vehicles..

ps. Why didn't you report this problem/question to the seller if he is so reputable?

ps2. and next time buy something more profesional from better source - this is cheapest / weakest HIK IP NVR + camera set with minimal functionality..
