The official "WTF" thread

Hey Weezy, why does our tap water taste like butt?
Oh I dunno, Itchy....ya think it's because you drink water out of the same glass you put your teeth in at night? :idk:

Honest to God...just because you CAN or are allowed to do something doesn't always mean you SHOULD.
Poor bastage couldn't make a hard stop if necessary without disastrous results.

I know a double tow is legal most places but a triple? :wtf:

Blocks with integrated insulation are one way. I imagine that is newer technology. If you want to spend 12 minutes on an overview this struck me as a fairly decent video. Seems to me this type of construction is less tolerant of shoddy workmanship than with a stick-built house.

Co. pays the fines, so the workers should be jailed, IMO.

My current home is built with ICFs. We built it in 1999 and have 70 yards (?, I forget) of concrete in the walls. Probably build with them again next year. Builders try to stick with old inefficient technologies and jack up prices on something like this to discourage you from asking anything "other than normal". Also finding a builder with that skillset is difficult.

I knew of one case where a guy got a DWI while parked. They assumed he drove the vehicle but in fact he was just sitting in the vehicle after coming back the next day trying to fix it, the vehicle was broke down, he was working on it. Guess he had a few while he was working on it. I believe he got a ride and got dropped off.
Would he of drove it after he fixed it? Probably. But again he was not driving...just sitting in a broke vehicle at the time the officer pulled up on him. It was also stated that they never checked if the vehicle worked before towing it.

Of course this could all be a big lie from the guy. I think he won his case though...

And No that was not me... :lmao: I would of remembered if I won or not, lol
