School Thread: Lets stay educated and aware!

My wife works in the cafeteria at my daughters middle school. The food...is absolutely horrendous. IMO, this all started with Michelle (Michael really) Obama. The meals have gotten worse over time and the bottom line...is for the serving company to make a profit, NOT for the health of the kids. I won't go into detail about the food, but lets just say we tell our kids to eat and what NOT to eat. It really is bad and so much of it is wasted. Give the kids something they want to eat. Doesn't have to be sugar loaded, but make it healthy and appealing. It's not that hard....and PREPARE IT PROPERLY!
