Good Example of poor camera, poor camera placement .. unable to get much useful information from this setup.

Numerous issues with the quality of this video.

No endorsement of this company nor it's products.

Clearly electronic keys are a problem.

This is why you want to review video from the last few days to see what happens on the street view

Trucks lights help bring color to the camera

notice, for some reason the time stamp is now readable .. has me wondering what is going on with the video, guess the IR bounce back off the eves makes the white back ground wash out the time stamp overlay

Wondering if a AR with scope would make for a nice pop here .. should be able to pop this one if you play it right

Looks like they are all masked ..
wounding one would get them to the hospital and a chance to ID .. otherwise we need to get good images of their clothing, and vehicle used, probably need a pineapple device to get cell data from them ..

Now, the cynic in me thinks this is a white flag operation by the company selling this product ..

hard sometimes to tell what is real and what is not.

Guess the next follow up is to see if there is a police record of this theft attempt

One of the best starter kills I installed back in the day in my 1970 Javelin Trans Am was using my cars Cigarette lighter as the switch.,. Who would try and steal your car and stop to think lets light my Cigarette lol.. So would pull it from the socket lay in the area below as many others would using CB or other things to be powered by socket would.. Car wouldn't start unless it was installed and pushed in.. In my 85 IROC Z after upgraded to a 350 I put in a Fuel cut off covered rocker and starter kill using tubular lock that I put next to the fuel switch.. More for the look then it was for deterrent seeing the car was always garaged.

So "they have only 20 seconds" but they wer there 3 minutes?
What's the point of the camera, even if poorly position and aimed, if there were no notifications?
Am I wrongly assuming the owner WAS notifed and chose to not confront?
If so, was likely a good move, judging by the guns....maybe he at least saw those. :idk:
