    It was a bit unstable and kept dropping out both in PSS and in the PC interface before I went back in and changed the IP address, now it is very stable. I also changed the log out time to zero so it keeps me logged in all the time.

    OK when I used Edge I got a screen that lets me configure P2P on or off and updates on or off. I'm going to have to figure out that IE mode because it looks like in order to do that I have to choose it as my default browser

    Clicking on the blue icon opens the live stream, but if I click on the camera setting>image then I can see the configuration menu.

    Thanks, I reset the NVR to factory default then followed bigredfish's instructions. Now I just need to figure out why my browsers won't connect to the DVR's IP address. I can connect to my router fine but when I try to connect to the NVR I get a site can't be reached error and ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
