Are you refering to this? the enabled alert is push, all of my camera have it enabled. When I test the alert it says complete but nada

Or your Pushover account stopped receiving API requests. Make sure the alert's pushover Action is not disabled, or otherwise prevented from executing by the profile/zones/inputs settings.

Seems Blue Iris just stopped sending messages since the 6.

Regarding delayed text messages, it isn't a Gmail problem - you can search your Gmail sent box and see it was sent - it is mobile providers are tightening up their spam algorithms. It is well documented here. It is why most of us went to the Pushover app instead of relying on text messages.
