5.9.4 - June 20, 2024
The automation of NGROK for remote access is now built-in. You no longer have to
register tokens, create batch files or find ways to always keep NGROK open and running.
After creating your NGROK account, just copy/paste your authtoken into the Settings/Web
server page and Blue Iris will handle the rest.

Update 5.9.4.11

I recently noticed that Ken changed the image order in the AI *.dat files. The reason I noticed this is because my pushover GIF notifications started playing in reverse.

I’ll soon post updates for my bi_gif_tool.ps1 and bi_dat_tool.ps1 utilities.

Update 5.9.4.11

I recently noticed that Ken changed the image order in the AI *.dat files. The reason I noticed this is because my pushover GIF notifications started playing in reverse.

This is because I pointed out to Ken that the order of evaluation was wrong. I emailed Ken:

Using CopeProject.ai the order of evaluation is wrong. It appears that first the trigger image, then the pre-trigger image, and finally the post-trigger images are analyzed. Looking at the AI Status window the pre-trigger image shows the trigger results as static even though they occurred later.

Another problem I reported was that when using the calendar if you click on <Today> the alerts start at 1 AM. If you click on the current date the alerts start correctly at midnight. I this has not been fixed as of the last stable release.

A last problem is that when scrolling through the previous nights alerts, examining some and skipping others, the highlighted alert is lost and focus skips to either end of the alert list. You then have to figure out which alert you were last on before continuing.

Update 5.9.4.7

I just noticed the following change starting with 5.9.4.7…
Ken added a new Blue Iris logfile storage folder Delete: over quota entry.
This now precedes the DeleteFile event(s).
