Looks like a plate was found by Deepstack, but maybe OCR is not getting the cropped jpg file saved to "C:\Program Files\Blue Iris 5\www\ALPR". Did you copy the sample file over to the file per instruction? Is your Blue Iris web server enabled and using port 81? I get these logs after a plate... -

@MikeLud1 yes, account has admin privilege. I am getting car,jpg and file path.txt files saved to C:\Program Files (x86)\DeepStackALPR, and license plate captured and OCR'ed to the Alerts list. So most of it is working. However I am also not getting the log files and the json files saved... -

That is what I thought. I haven't found a POE splitter that is rated higher. Hence I asked if anyone has successfully added a mic to this cam. Maybe it is not possible to go the splitter route. -

it is a POE+ injector from Andy, I am guessing it is a Dahua one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LKN65SY Maybe the splitter is not good enough? The POE splitter says on its label that it only outputs 15.4W, and I am guessing it is a combined wattage of both of its output barrels. -

I just installed 5.5.6.17. I have two SD49225XA-HNR cams. Both are already configured to use Dahua New V4 PTZ protocol. Neither works with Ctrl-left click to pan and zoom in the Windows app. Maybe some Dahua cams are not yet supported at the moment.- Futaba

I think it is still a POE switch problem, even if the switch has enough power at the switch level, it may not have enough power at the port level. I couldn't get mine to work reliably until I use a 30W dedicated POE+ injector. With PTZ is engaged, it takes a lot of power to drive the motors... -
Wanting to move to Win11 but not sure with Dahua
On my BI server, I turned on Hyper-V and have a separate Windows 10 virtual machine for connecting directly to the my cameras using Internet Explorer. After I am done, I shut down the VM and restore it back to a previous clean checkpoint so if anything was done to the VM it is gone. -
