I'd have to get a small tripod, roof mount, tower to even be able to use this thing to the bare minimum of its' capabilities.

No it looks more like those really old cameras from the early 80s which were installed in stores...

Install 4 tall poles on the corners of the property, hang wires between them, install a motorized cable movement camera platform like they have at sporting venues.
