    But how to reflash? With briked dump i have only ping. No open ports. I scanned with port scanner. No telnet/ssh. How to compile this bins to flashing to SPI?

    I can't understand this (printenv / setenv) Yes after flashed HWID is also the same as another camera. Problem is not in the firmware, because for both cameras firmwares are the same. I think bootloader problem.
