I have a problem. I bought a consumer Dahua IPC-HFW1235SP-W-0280B. I wanted the connection to take place via wifi. However, I could not activate this connection through the web browser.
I was advised that I can upload other firmware. After uploading it turned out that I have limited camera functions. I would like to return to the original firmware, however, I can not.
My representative Dahua Consumer Poland wrote to me like this:
1. Consumer cameras have pre-loaded soft
2. Applications are sent automatically
3. These cameras are adapted to work with the Imou application (give Lechange - information about the application needed to run the camera is included in the QSG-brief start guide)
4. Cameras have never been adapted for fttp support
5. We do not have "factory" software
6. I suggest contacting the place of purchase, the companies that work with us have their own technical departments and maybe help in the state of Paanu.
7. He writes maybe because what you have done, i.e. the camera has been ftpped by fttp, certainly influenced its settings and factory software, the distributor's technicians should be able to verify it
Writing to the store in which I bought, directs me to a representative in Poland.
