It looks to be working most of the time. Below is one instance where it did not 11/18/2024, 6:14:10 PM had two plates but only recorded one. CP.AI has no modules to download
You might need to wait till the CodeProject.AI team releases the next version. The next version will be pulling the modules for a different site. I do not have an ETA when the next release will come out. I do see activity on updating the code as recent as today. -

@algertc Thanks for updating the image, the issue with amd64 is fixed. The time distribution is still not fixed, I notice the &ALERT_TIME macro is sending the current time in ISO8601 format which is +5. The &PLATE macro only send one plate even if there is two or more plates. {...- MikeLud1

Great work, I am up and running. Two issues I see the Time Distribution is off about +4 hours (the Timestamps are correct) and if there are two plates in the image it only shows one plate. Try use this IP instead of localhost -
Dell Optiplex 7070 GPU/TPU
You can use the Object Detection (YOLOv5 .NET) CodeProject.AI module and this will use the iGPU in your i7 9700 CPU. If this is not fast enough for you then think about adding a Nvidia GPU- MikeLud1

For the ALPR to work you need to checkoff ALPR for plates -
