Dahua VTO2000a with wrong MCU firmware

I just found a pic of a VTO2111D - seems you just have to solder some pin headers into the drill-holes next to the EFM32 (marked red). Then just download EFM32ZG110/EFM32ZG210 datasheet and measure which pin belongs to where. Get a cheap J-Link/Segger adapter and read/flash the chip with Silicon...

Dahua VTO doorbell call to computed

Well - you have to setup your asterisk to meet your needs. In my case, I have lots of phones and functions built with it. But when it comes to VDP devices, this entries are working fine since a long time in my asterisk 1.6.2.1 with (old) chan_sip: [general] language=de useragent=RiosPBX...

    Any risk on updating VTO3211D-P2 & VTH5221DW?

I do my best, to keep the site up to date. Off course, I do not have direct contact to Dahua to get the latest files, I just poll some distributor's sites. But as mentioned in that thread, if someone finds newer firmware, pls. tell me to update the thread.

Dahua VTO doorbell call to computed

Off course you could interconnect it in another way: Let asterisk register as a stn. on VTO's SIP server. With the group call function, asterisk will be informed about any visitor and this call can be forwarded to e.g. any internal SIP stn. on asterisk or a mobile phone

Dahua VTO doorbell call to computed

In fact, asterisk is my only SIP server. All my sip phones (not only VDP devices) are connected to it. Due the big compatibility and the flood of possibilities asterisk is perfect for this.

Dahua VTO doorbell call to computed

Hi and welcome to the forum! Install asterisk (free SIP server) on your RPi and let all VTO/VTH devices register on it. With some AGI scripts, etc. you can let it communicate with your smart home system. On you (windows?) PC install any SIP client that support SIP video (like e.g. Jitsi) and...

VTO2000A can it be installed without a physical VTH?

I guess this could be possible, at least audio calls were possible when I hooked up a SIP client once. But because of its poor configurability I did not have a look at the internal SIP server at all.

latest Version of DAHUA HTTP API FOR IPC Documentation ??

You're right - looks like there were not many changes. Could someone in possession of Dahua's latest HTTP_API PDF (but not allowed to share) provide information, if there are more commands in Dahua's pds compared to Armcrest's?

This is the reason I installed HikVision devices only once. My customer lost it's password and this took me weeks to get it up again. I'd rather work with Dahua stuff.

Dahua IP intercom: VTO3211D-P2 (new P & P4 ) door station - experience, review, firmware support?

Because of the production date. If you run on V4.4 already and you'r quite happy with it just leave it! V4.4 has for sure more supported devices/features than V4.3 - nevertheless a newer production date includes usually more bugfixes. MCU is the microprocessor that has...
