    Decoder compatibility mode is located in the same screen in BI where you do the find/inspect. The login verification is in the camera GUI under under Network Settings --> Platform Access --> ONVIF

    Yeah, a factory default, defaults everything back to the way it left the factory. How are you doing it remotely? You might not have to go back onsite. If you're doing it from the BI computer, you can add a second subnet on the NIC so you can still access the camera. How do you have it setup?

    If you didn't do a factory default after the firmware update, the new firmware won't do anything. A factory default is required.

    Both of you guys tried turning off "Login Verification" under Network Settings --> Platform Access --> ONVIF? Out of curiosity can you guys post your firmware version? If BI can't find/inspect the camera it also probably won't be able to receive AI alerts from the camera.

    hmm I'm at a loss. What firmware version are you on? If its older my next step would be to get the latest firmware from Andy, update it and factory default. I can get BI to pull the data from S3 version but I have the fixed lens version.
